Effect
Default LIFE gives both players 460. Replaces the complete LIFE table 480/420/360/300 with 520/460/400/340; changes only this life rule. US only. Enable from boot.
Test result
2026-10-22: exact packaged artifact, real cold boot and normal Training entry; both HP and HUD life fields 460. Independent stock boot/Training control gives 420. Historical default-life VS/Arcade, bars, healing, guts, lethal damage, timeout/scoring and initial Survival/M.O.M. observations are documented separately.

- Do not combine with the per-side Order-Sol backport: the observed combination produced Order-Sol 500 versus Ky 460.
- Mission starting HP can be authored independently. Nondefault LIFE runtime, mission thresholds, all character-specific healing and long runs are not established.
- US emulator validation only; no JP port or physical-hardware claim.
- Other patches writing the four LIFE-table words can conflict. No hook or code cave is used.
